Lots of good info in this article/infographic. I liked the career site visits vs apply stats (only 10% of visitors will start the application process and of the 10% only half of them will finish the process. Looks likes we (recruiting community) have plenty of room for improvement on converting applicant traffic. @recruiterlarry
